Question
I own a 1991 Toyota Camry......From the drivers side ONLY, I cannot LOCK any of the doors..I have replaced the door lock relay (above glove box) and the switch assembly in the drivers door as well. Yet I can only UNLOCK the doors from drivers side.....Passenger door locks and unlocks just fine ......Any further suggestions ?
Also I replaced the integration relay behind the fuse block

When did this start to happen, were you able to lock the doors before with the switch were any repairs other than the ones you mentioned done?
There may be a problem in the wiring harness where it passes through the door to the interior of the car, this could be because of the opening and closing of the door after a while the wires inside the harness may stretch and break, I have seen this happen, so check there.
You can use an ohm meter to check the wire continuity from behind the door panel to the inside where they connect to the junction block, you may need a wiring diagram to do this.
