Question1995 Toyota Tercel, 4 cyclinder w/166000 miles; I replaced the spark plugs and have used 2 bottles (on separate occasions within the last 2 weeks) and my car still seems sluggish and the check engine light is still on. What do you recommend that is done next?

If you were to bring the car to me the first thing I would do is to see why the check engine light is on, this is done by connecting a scantool to the car's computer,so I'm going to ask you to have someone retreive any trouble codes stored in the computer, then if you like, you can let me know what they are and I may be able to help.
