Toyota Repair: DRIVER SIDE WINDOW, keyless entry system, door lock actuator

THIS IS A FACTORY INSTALLED KEYLESS SYSTEM...

I don't think I'm going to be of much help, there are too may things that could be wrong, yes there could be a wiring problem,Toyota uses an integration relay that  controls things like the window operation and the keyless entry system and more, at first I suspected a bad door lock actuator on the left side, this may still be the case, there may be two problems,one with the door lock and another with the window.
