Toyota Repair: Torque specs and sequence for 3L V-6, Toyota, replacing head gaskets, head bolts

Question
1990 SR5 PU 4x4, replacing head gaskets, (2nd time) 180,000 miles.  What I need is the torque spec for the cylinder heads, cam bolts, and intake, and especially the sequence for bolt tightening.  Any guidance would be helpful.
Thank you very much!

Answer
Cyl Head bolts
33 ft lbs  tighten from the center out going from the bottom to the top then one left then one right, then if you did the lower do the top above those. Work your way out to each end.

Then do it again rotating the bolt 90 degrees.
Then do it again rotating the bolt 90 degrees.

Camshaft bering bolts are 12 ft lbs. Tighten these from the front to the back doing each cap then moving to the next.

Intake chamber 13 ft lbs.

Good luck and you should have had a manual to do the job, it would have helped.
