Toyota Repair: 92 4Runner shudder while driving, drive shaft, tight spots

Question
I have a 92 4Runner with 195k miles. Within the last few days I have noticed a shudder or rumble while driving. The problem occurs intermittently though frequently. It happens whether I am actively gassing the car or coasting, not when I'm braking. My tires were worn unevenly, and thinking that may be the problem I replaced the tires (they needed it anyway). However, the problem still exists. I was thinking bearings, but I'm not hearing that low level hum I've heard with other cars when the bearings are worn. Could it be the bearings or is something else likely the problem?

Thanks in advance.

Answer
Maybe the driveshaft, check for any loose or binding up U-joints, the best way is to remove the drive shaft so you can move the U-joints around, if any ate loose or binding up(tight spots) replace them, if it is a two-piece driveshaft check the center bearing.
