Tractor Repair: TC 29D, throttle lever, cowling

The throttle lever continues to close itself.  There was another question like this and the answer had to do with the pump.  I have the same problem...How do you tighten the throttle lever so that it doesn't keep shutting itself down to idle speed?  I have not taken the cowling off so I am guessing that will be necessary but is there an adjustment for the throttle handle outside the instrument cowling?

i don't know this tractor what make is it
most likely you will have to remove the cowling in most tractors there is some way of adjusting the resistance for the lever you tighten this up until there is just enough to hold it.dont over tighten it as it will make the throttle very stiff
