How do you adjust the brakes on a ford 3000. It is app; 1969 model and I was told they were set manually but no one could tell me how to do that.

They are just like a cars. If you look at the pedals the have linkage attached to the brake housing. You can adjust brake travel there. The other adjustment is inside the drum but are usually self adjusting. Start with brake pedal travel then go into the drum.
