Tractor Repair: o ring replacement in 69 JD820 3pt hitch, nylon bushing, old tractors

I am having difficulty removing the nylon bushing/o ring for new replacement where the hydraulic lift arm attaches to the spindle from the rear end. What is the best way to go about replacing this o ring?

Well we will start with I was not even born when this tractor was being repaired on a regular basis. My advise find a antique tractor site where people rebuild these old tractors. i am going to ask around but have not found anyone to help as of yet. If it is just a bushing then you need to make a press from a disk or socket that is the exact same size of the outside diameter of the bushing. Weld a bolt or piece of all thread onto it and use a nut and press it through.
