Tractor Repair: Kabuta B7300 16 HP, diesel, hour meters, fuses

RPM meter and hour meters are not working. I have checked fuses and they are OK. At a dead end at this point. Thank you in advance

If you check behind the dash you should find a cable. That cable is your rpm and hourmeter. Remove it start the tractor and make sure it spins with the engine if it does the dash is bad. Or the cable is bad change the cable first cause the dash is 399.00
