Tractor Repair: Case 1370, rectangular plate, hydraulics

I have a case 1370 that the hydraulics are not working properly on I think I need to change or clean the filter but do not know where it is.Do you by any chance know where I could look for it at

There is a oblong rectangular plate on the transmission housing,held on by 6 bolts. There are two filters. If there is a debris in there the you might have to clean that as well only problem is I don't know if you can pull that screen without splitting the tractor.
