Tractor Repair: case ih c70 2000 model, linkage, linkages

while i was plowing all of the sudden the 3 pt lift started going down real slow it still lifts up fine thanks for any help.

Check your draft lever( the lever next to the lift lever) if it is set to high then it will go down slowly. If that is not an issue then check the linkage under that to make sure nothing has come loose. If all your linkage is fine then it might be in the valve or internal linkage.  I think that is something simple so take a real good look at the linkages.
