Tractor Repair: PTO pump 9N, 9n, hydraulic

I own a 53 9N and my pump will not pick up my box scrape I would like to know what the pump pressure should be thank you Joe

hi Joe i don't know much on older tractors but i done some checking i got info on hydraulic pressure from an 8n and its between 1500psi and 1700psi im not sure if that is correct for your model
from what i can gather most lift problems can be found by removing the right hand transmission dipstick cover and look in while working the lift(with weight on the lift) if you have a broken pressure line you should see oil spraying from the break in the pipe
if you have bad piston seals you will see a lot of oil coming from the top cover when you raise the lift lever
if your relief valve is faulty you should see oil spraying from it when the lift lever is raised also in this hole you can check the linkages to see if they are working ok and that the spool at the end of the linkage is moving in and out when you move the lever
is this a jubilee model
does the lift work with no weight on it
