Tractor Repair: all cluster lights blinking on and of,,,,, chassis grounds, oil gauge

hello i have a 1991 ford 6410 when i start the tractor all the lights will go out as they are meant to,,,then about 10 seconds or so they will come back on and blink on and of,,not in sync like a rely just irradical,,,sometimes its ok for a min or so then of they go again,,,,there is a digital fuel gauge,temp,battery and oil gauge ,,all lights and gauges blink together any help would be great,

  It sounds like it could be a bad ground connection for the instrument cluster.  Check the ground connections behind the instrument cluster, and all the chassis grounds.  It's also possible the instrument cluster is defective, but try the grounds first.
