Answer
Hello,

It doesn't take much pressure to unfold the wings, so it sounds like the hoses might not be connected to the right couplers.  I know this will sound stupid, but bear with me.  I don't know how familiar you are with a 1070, so if you just bought it, I will start with the basics.  If you are very familiar with them, don't be insulted if I get too basic.  If the relief valve squeals, then there should be plenty of pressure.  Make sure the hoses are paired correctly so that both hoses for the wings are together and both hoses for the raise cylinders are together and are not mixed up.  Remember that on these old Case tractors, the couplers are not arranged so that both couplers on one side are a pair like on a "normal" tractor.   The top left and top right are a pair, and the bottom left and bottom right are a pair.  It's easy even for an old Case man to forget and plug both hoses for one circuit into the couplers that are together on one side because that looks right, even if it's wrong.  They have to be across from each other.  Recheck how they're hooked up and let me know if that's not the problem and you need more help.
