My IH 300 Utility tractor hydraulic oil heats up in use within 30 minutes so hot it stops lifting and can not touch resovoir.

Hello,

  Oil overheating is usually caused by a relief valve constantly blowing from the system staying on high pressure demand.  Check to make sure the hitch is cancelling out when it is all the way up, and the remote levers and linkages all return to neutral.  If you have recently installed anything on it or have made any other changes to the hydraulic system, make sure everything is plumbed and hooked up correctly.
