Tractor Repair: Tractor wont stay running, 8n ford tractor, vacuum leak

I bought a 1948 8n ford tractor in Dec of 2007, it ran great, i went out to start it today and you have to really choke it and when you let off the choke it runs for a short period of time before shutting off. I dont think it is getting feul.  I think it might have to do with the carberator but i am not sure can you plz help Thanks!!!

  Hello,

   Remove the glass bowl under the fuel tank, turn on the valve and see how much flow you get from the tank.  It has to get full flow, a little dribble isn't good enough.  If it's restricted, siphon or pump the fuel out of the tank, unscrew the entire valve assembly from the tank, and clean it out.  Rinse out the tank while the valve is removed.  Also check the carburetor and manifold bolts to make sure they're tight so you don't have a vacuum leak.
