Tractor Repair: hydralic, ford 8n tractor, fergy

my ford 8n tractor bucket goes up just fine but it won`t go down like it gets stuck need help with my hydralic repair

hi Cecil.
This can indicate a sticking control valve or piston . has any work been done on the hydraulics lately?
If the control quadrant is the same as the Fergy then the lever will be mounted on a 4 bolt adjustment plate on the top side of the gear box , slacken these 4 bolts and slide the quadrant foreword and back re-tighton in a different position.
Check with your manual first.
