Tractor Repair: MF 135 UK Power Steering, mf 135, power steering pump

The steering has been sluggish for a while and just recently has got really bad, almost non existent.  I changed the power steering pump and still no better maybe worse.  Any suggestions?

I assume you checked the oil and is it the right oil grade?
If it’s the original setup it could be 30 + years old may be the seals in the ram have worn and it needs a good service is your manual any help.
