QuestionWe have Dozer CAT D4H, we got a problem the engine have over heat (on gearbox/transmission) and not found yet the cause, even i already changed their water pump, what was the cause ?

You say that the engine and the transmission is over heating ?
Assuming you mean the engine ?
What made you change the water pump?
Was the drive belt to this in good order . was it tight enough. was it badly worn.
Did you have enough water in the radiator.
Most importantly is the radiator clean inside and out can air pass through from front to back make sure that it is not clogged up with dirt leaves and any other rubbish .
Be very careful if you try to clean the rad from the out side do not poke sticks etc through from the out side as this may easily damage the rad.
A high pressure water jet is probably the best method. to clean it, from both sides.
Also check all the oil levels in the engine and transmition are they correct.
Does the FAN rotate with the water pump ok?
Also depending on the age of the tractor it may be that it is just worn out, and all the bearing are u/s. this could cause over heating in an extreme case !
Also over working it can make any thing over heat just like the human body.
