Tractor Repair: Cub Cadet, mortor, cub cadet

I have a Cub Cadet garden Tractor with a 10hp mortor and its shaft driven. can I put a bucket loader on it because I no some you can. Also if that mortor goes what is the biggest mortor i can put in it

Bob you can do all sorts of changes and add on's to any machine but at the end of the day is it going to be cost effective.
Putting the loader on the lift capacity will only be small and would the front axle carry it the loader that is.
You would really need to talk to the manufacturer for specifications.
The engine you would be able to go larger depending on the brand may be 2 sizes bigger eg from your 10 may be upto 12 or 14hp with out any major changes.
