Tractor Repair: tractor, mounths, reverser

Hey can you tell me what year my tractor is?The intake reads 37786240,engine reads 203JA 1059 51D,transmion reads 1867 505 M1,rear end reads 1862-190-M3 5B3. I have to question to ask. The first one is about the power steering The tractor has got new inner an outter tirods, rebuilt steering cylinder and I've ajusted it both ways but I can't get very much. The second question I have is about the PTO (live) you have to put a stap on it to use it I bought a shifter fork about 6 mounths ago for it But I think the coller inside were the shifter fork goes is wore out Thanks Andy

Andy it sounds as though the tractor you have could be a 23C with the pto i am not sure as some hand a reverser matic type trans and with these it could be that the pto is live drive would need to see some pictures of the tractor.
