Tractor Repair: Mitsubishi 2300D Grey Market Tractor out of fuel, grey market tractor, fuel injection pump

Question
Hello, I have a grey market Mitsybshi 2300D tractor that I let run out of diesel fuel.  I have loosened the fuel line coming from the fuel pump and tried to bleed the lines, but I can't get fuel to come out.  I changed the fuel filter and still am not having any luck.  A friend told me to try and use an air compressor held as air-tight as possible in the top of the fuel tank and try to force the fuel through the lines.  I tried it and it didn't work.  Do you have any suggestions to get this thing primed?

Thanks,

Tony

Answer
Tony on the fuel filter there is 2 screws 1 is for the lower the other is for the upper section of the filter open the one for the upper it should be a little higher than the other using the priming pump get the fuel to come out.
Then open the bleeder on the fuel injection pump this line is the one from the filter.
Using the priming pump bleed the air from there close it off and then open 1 or 2 injector lines at the injector and crank the engine over till fuel appears at the line close them off and crank again till engine starts.
