Tractor Repair: Pasquali 988, maleny qld, point linkage

Have acquired a Pasquali 988 and I am looking for a manual about it.  Do you know of anywhere one could be obtained?
In the meantime, I found a lever on the left side of the tractor, just next to the "raise and lower" lever for the three point linkage.  The lever hadbeen "tucked" down so that it was against the chassis.  i pulled it off and then turened it through 180 degrees and it is in line with the other lever mentioned abobe.  The lever appears to operate into the casing.
I thought it maybe a clutch lever for the PTO but I do not want to apply force to it.  Do you know what it is for?
