Triumph Repair: Fluid reservoir on 62 TR3, fluid reservoir, tr3

Question
Does it matter which line (brake, clutch ) are connected to the to the fluid reservoir??  the reservoir has two chambers a 1" tube inside the can and the can itself.

Hi Mike,

The brakes are the most important so if the fluid level was low you would want to maintain brakes more then a clutch so the brakes should draw fluid from the bottom of the can and the clutch should draw from the tube sticking up into the can.
