Triumph Repair: 77 spitfire wheel stud adapters, american racing rims, lug bolt pattern

I have a 77 spitfire with what i believe are american racing rims - after mkt.  These have a different lug bolt pattern.  Too fit, there are these offset cylindrical adapters that fit over each wheel stud - they rotate off center and allow the different size wheel to fit.  A lug nut fits over each to hold wheel in place.  I am missing two on the spit i bought.  Where can I get some?  I am really desparate.

I'm not really familiar with the aftermarket rim setups.   You might try searching the online auction sites (ebay, yahoo, etc) to see if anyone is offering the pieces you're looking for.

Or you might take one to a machine shop and see if it can be duplicated.  Unless the machinist takes pity on you it won't be cheap, as most of the labor for making a piece is in the initial setup.
