How do I remove a door panel from a 73 Tr6 without destroying it?

The door panels are held in place with metal clips around the perimeter, and the door handle and window winder bezels also help hold the panel in place.

To remove the window winder and door handle you need to push the bezel in towards the door and push the retaining pin out of the handles with a pin punch or nail.   

Then carefully pry up the edges of the panel using a wide screwdriver.
