Triumph Repair: 73 Spitfire Catb Heat Shield, mounting brackets, carburetor heat

Jim- I am trying to fit a carburetor heat shield in my spitfire, and I can not figure out how it attaches.  It is an original part and I belive it has all of the mounting brackets on it.  Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, the US spec 1500 does not have a heat shield for the carb.  Looking at manuals for the European spec 1500 also does not show a heat shield.

Some of the US spec models had a bracket over the exhaust manifold for ducting hot air into the intake.
