Hi, I have a herald 1200 and would like a bit more performance. Can you please tell me the manifold I need for twin carbs and what size carbs I would need. Cheers Brett

Best suggestion is to go find a manifold with carbs from (or for ;) a 1962 thru 1966 Spitfire Mk1 or Mk2.   Both models were fitted with the 1147cc engine and the manifold and carbs will be appropriate for your Herald 1200 (1147cc).

The carbs used on the Spitfire are 1 1/4" SU HS2s.
