Triumph Repair: water pump british triumph 1972, roadster factory, moss motors

I, I have a British Triumph Spitfire  1972 and wanted to know if the water pump can be rebuilt ie  new seals, etc.. as it appears to have a small leak. The leak is not comming from the gasket where it bolts to the housing

Hi Wayne,
Back in the 60's and early 70's I remember that there were "rebuild kits" available for several British cars but I have not seen them lately. You may try asking one of the British parts suppliers like, Moss Motors, Victoria British, The Roadster Factory, Engel Imports or British Parts North West. They all have web sites and toll free numbers.
