Triumph Repair: Spitfire MKI generator to alternator bracket, roadster factory, gm alternator

Please suggest a source for the lower bracket so that I can mount a GM alternator in the place of the current Lucas generator.  I have a 1964 Spitfire MKI.  thank you

Sorry Greg,
I don't know of any production made brackets to convert a generator to alternator. You can try the parts suppliers like Moss Motors, The Roadster Factory and Victoria British but most have a shop fabricate the brackets necessary to make the change.
