Triumph Repair: 1972 GT6 reverse light sensor wiring, light sensor, wire harness

Question
Any idea where the wiring harness connects to the reverse switch on the transmission?  I had to replace the enitre wire harness due to a short and this is the last connection.   The switch may not have been wired by the previous owner as I don't see any wires coming from the tranny.  thanks.

Ed, I don't have a book on the GT6 anymore but I think it was screwd in to the side near the top probably the driver side. you could take the trans cover off an see . also go to Victoria British . com and look it up in the catalog usually there is a good diagram. Dave
