Triumph Repair: lights, seatbelt light, bentley manuals

Question
what are the lights on the center panel for.  there is a green one and a red one circular in size also how does the fasten seat belt light work.  is it suppossed to go one for a certain amount on time. and is there two hazards flahing on the dash.  one left panel above the steering column. and one on the center panel.  how is the haynes restoration manual.  thank you so much for your help.

The light on the left is the indicator light for the emergency flashers.  The indicator on the right is the warning light for a brake system hydraulic failure.

I've never seen a functioning seatbelt light in operation so I can't answer to it's proper function.

The Haynes manual for the Spitfire is a good starting point but they try to cover 18 years of production in too small a book.  The Robert Bentley manuals are a much better resource, and are priced accordingly.
