QuestionHi, hope you can help me, my air bag light come's on when my fuel gauge drops below 3/4 off a tank,it has started doing this, if i fill up above that it goes off! could this be a relay fault?, if so which one?, also if you remove the key from the ignition but leave the lights on the wiper's come on and stay on until you turn off the lights, i only noticed this the other day when i checked to see if the lights where ok.Could the be connected to each other some way? Thanks.
Answercheck under the bonnet for worn through wires near to pulleys etc, sounds like a short.
if all seems good have the battery tested, it may be giving a low voltage causing the computer (ECU, dashboard IC's) to glitch out.
Otherwise its to the service dept for a diagnostic scan but there isnt one..
MG would be able to help in this case I think.
