Answer
have you tried adjusting the idle speed a little higher?
The throttle stop can wear down over time and needs adjusting occasionally...

What is the idle speed when the engine has warmed up (if the car has a tachometer)?

If you can send me a photo of the throttle body (where the accelerator cable connects) i'll point out the screw you need to turn to turn up the idle speed and make the engine less susceptible to stalling.

(I guess it stalls when your'e braking with the clutch pressed in, it just rolls to a stop)
