UK Car Repair: Honda, honda ascot, wire colour

Question
QUESTION: Hi,
I have  '92 Honda Ascot Innova Eng:F20A Chas:CB3. Recently the check engine light came on. The official Honda Dealer and Service centre after $150 told me it was the O2 sensor. They reset the computer/cleared the code and told me to take it away and drive it, if the check light came back on they would know it was the sensor and would replace it for $500.
The light came on again, by which point I had found I could buy the sensor myself for sub $100 and replace it myself, & I purchased it today.
My problem is that the instructions that came with the new sensor (4 wire) are generic and the instructions are:
Join  black or purple wire to the ECU output wire
Join  remaining two white or black/pink wires (heater). The polarity is not important.
Join  remaining grey or fawn wire (ground)
I don't have a wiring diagram for my car to know what the 4 existing wires from the O2 sensor loom are.
My colours are: green,wh,blk,blk
New sensors colours: grey,wh,wh,blk
The biggest problem in getting information for this vehicle is that is was only sold in the UK and several other western countries but not the US.
Realy all that is required is to identify the ECU wire colour, the rest fall into place after that....
Pleas help me identify the colour match.

ANSWER: Yawn, shame honda used different sensors and colour codes on every damn car -  It's rare in the UK too, the manual is close to non existent -

What you're looking for is a labelled diagram of a genuine 02 sensor, it is in a databook somewhere, I will find this, gimme a little time. its 5AM just got this question.
Will spend some time tomorrow.

If you can post me a photo of the original 02 sensor with loom connector from the car plugged into it t'would make life easier.

QUESTION: As per your request, here's a photo of the sensor that came from the car with the socket connected that then connects to the car loom.
Here's a link to the new O2 sensor manufacturer home page: http://www.tridon.com.au/Products/Product.aspx?SG=8&S=35&G=483&P=4027
The New unit is model TOS022. Unfortunately they don't sell the complete (direct fit) unit in New Zealand, I believe it is model TOS064 on the web page - at least, it has the same loom socket diagram.
Thank you so much for your help on this! Really appreciate it.

ANSWER: 2 more photos - one where I can see the wires going into the sensor, (EG turn it 180o) so I can see all four wires in detail, and one of the engine bay so I know the exact set up.

(there's so many revisions of this engine and wiring,
seems it went through constant redesign, a later version won best engine of the year)

O2 sensor and Bay
O2 sensor and Bay
QUESTION: Hi. I joined the photos as this site only allows one photo upload per question. So the back of the sensor is below. while the engine bay is on top.
This car is automatic, 1997cc, no cruise control, pgmfi, no ABS, non VTEC - those are some of the major differences I'm aware of.
Thanks so much.

Answer
The two black wires on the old sensor are the heater wires (no polarity).
The green wire is signal ground (-)
the white wire is signal + (output wire)

confirmed by 3 different sources.

you have the wiring diagram for the new sensor don't you?
