QuestionQUESTION: My corsa seems to be misfiring alot, it first start doing after it had been in the rain alot, basically the engine is start to but its seems to misfire alot or it won't even start sometimes. But now it seems to be doing it dry days.

QUESTION: its a 8v 97 r-reg. I changed the spark plugs about a year ago.

ANSWER: Hello Anthony, Change the plugs and leads. Is there an engine management light on, on the dashboard ? Change the air filter (it may have gotten wet), but honestly, I think that should solve it. - Paul

QUESTION: The engine management light does sometimes come on when im driving, but if you stop the car and turn the engine off for five seconds and then switch it back on it goes off.

AnswerHello Anthony, take it to a garage and get a scanner hooked up to it, to tell you if there is anything wrong with any of the components. If yu can do it with the light on, there is a better chance of getting a true reading. let me know when you have done this - Paul
