UK Car Repair: vauxhall combo 2000 CDTI 16v van, cdti 16v, initial journey

When i try to start my combo van after  its intial journey it wont start again.could you please give me an idea what it could be?

Hi Stephen, there could be several reasons why your van will not start, the mo st common is glow plugs or glow plug circuit. Another reason is the solenoid (usually on top of the distribution pump). Another cause is the lift pump or lift pump relay or even a built in immobilliser whiuch you were not informed of. What do you mean 'initial journey'? From where?
