I just bought the car and there ws no radio in it the problems I am having is nothing when I start the car I have to place my key in the drivers side door lock and unlock to start it this is every time and the winshield wipers and turn signals 90% do not work but do at times after reseting the only thing that was done was a new battery was put in are all these things related to the security system and so what is the fix

There are separate problems, do you have a remote? The wipers may be just a poor connection or a bad relay, but the system needs to be checked when they do not work. Are you saying you installed a radio and then the problem started? If not, it would seem to be a security problem and you can try programming the key.  Turn it to the lock position and hold it locked for a ten seconds, then turn it to unlock and hold it there for ten also.  It may now be set, If not, try the prodcedure again.
