My starting motor has recently been replaced and ever since my car keeps overheating. The inside heater is blowing cold. It has also leaked water and when I refill it, it gurgles and all you can see is steam

Whether the leak is connected to the starter change I can't say but it would appear that something has been broken, fitted incorrectly or left loose. Where is the water leaking from? When you fill it is should be cold, the gurgling and steam is because the engine is so hot, be careful, if you operate it without coolant it can seriously damage the engine.
