UK Car Repair: Rolls royce door trim, cover plates, rear end

How do i remove the front and rear door trims from the doors? Any help would be appreciated

Inner or outer?  INNER, means removing the cover plates from the switches - they pull off carefully.  You can then unscrew the housings.  The armrest is secured by 2 screws, it is a little tricky to reach up inside the handle with an 11/16 spanner from below, they do not have to come out completely just enough to pull the armrest up over them..  OUTER, the chrome trim is held at the rear end with nuts the centre ones are pull off and the front one can then be slid out.
