UK Car Repair: 1990 Jaguar XJ6, vacuum problem, drain tubes

Question
I'm having a problem with the AC in a Jaguar XJ6. First it is dripping water on the driver side. I realize that this could simply be a clogged drain line but I can't seem to locate where this line may be. My second problem is as follows: When the AC is on it blows out of the defrost, dash, and floor all at the same time. I took out the center vents on the dash and can see that the vents for the defrost do close but only close approximately 70% of the way, I pushed a fiberglass rod back to the vents to see if I could manually move them (thinking it was just a vacuum problem) but they won't budge past where they already are making for a very hot ride indeed.

Answer
The drain tubes are likely clogged, Jag made a tool to clean them out,  They are at each side of the evaporator tray and can be accessed by removing the knee protector panels and the side panels, It is a little difficult.  You can trace the tubes up from the lower side where they go through the floor.  As for the flaps I suspect a vacuum problem,  Trace the vacuum supply hose from the engine through the firewall on the right side, you will likely find it disconnected or broken.
