my central lock wont work from outside and the battery on the key is fine. This affects the trafficator indicator including the heater and a/c. What can i do please? this is winter and i froze in the car.

I don't see how it can affect the Heater/Ac system, the first thing I would check would be the fuses. I don't know what year it is but often you can reset the central locking by; locking with the key then holding the key in the locked position for a few seconds.  Now repeat the procedure for the unlock mode,  good luck
