UK Car Repair: 106 QUICKSILVER REV PROBLEM, air noise, 3000rpm

hi if i put my foot down in any gear at any speed after i take it off once i slow down when i put the clutch down the revs go up to 4000rpm and stay there till i pull away it also happens when i go into neutral. also happens sometimes when i start the car up the revs sit really high about 3000rpm. while this is happenin the engine makes a louder than usual sucking/air noise. and once i pulled away after all this the car judders sometimes like it wants to stall. any help would much be appreciated thanks

Hi, petrol or Diesel, also, what year and how many Kilometers? How often is it serviced "Oil and filters" and Does the sucking sound get louder with your foot on the brakes? If it is doing this and you have the hood open, can you identify the location it is sucking from?  Are you going to repair this yourself?
