QUESTION: i drove the car knowing that the oil pump had broke what are the possible damages ?

ANSWER: Alex,
 Very, very bad.  The only thing worse than running without oil would be to put a bomb in the engine compartment.  The list of possible damage is too long.  At minimum you need a rebuild.  I would not do a rebuild, just get a complete long block (with head) and do the install myself.

QUESTION: ok thanks mate. how much would it cos about to get a complete engine for it my engine code is agu. do you no anywhere that will sell that apart from ebay?

 The availability and cost (including possible shipping requirements) of a rebuilt engine is totally dependant on your location, which I do not know.
