Volkswagen Repair: vw 1973 super gas tank venting tubes, vent lines, vwtrendsweb

I need to know where the gas tank vent lines go.  They are plugged of on my 1973 Beetle superbug convert

Jerry,
 The 1/2 inch hose from the tank goes to the top of the filler tube, which has a "T" which goes to the evaporative control system.  The small hose from the tank joins the small hose from the filler tube at a "T", which the third leg is then connected to the evaporative control plastic "expansion chamber" located under the cowl panel.
