Volkswagen Repair: Passat Question, audi s4, vw parts

Hi, I would like to take a lower front grille from a 2001(B5.5) up Passat and put it on my 2000 Passat, Will it fit?  Also, Would the stock exhasut from an Audi S4 fity my Passat?

I'm not sure about this but I think the Audi S4 exhaust will fit the Passat. I'd call somebody to verify like Neuspeed or Morgan's VW parts, in Delaware, at 302-322-2229. They'll probably know about that and the grille as well. They have alot of parts for sale and the prices are usually great! Thanks!
