Volkswagen Repair: New Bettle electrics, new bettle, fog lights

Lost horn, headlights, fog lights, wipers and maybe some other stuff I haven't noticed yet. All I find common is that each has a relay on a panel.  All associated fuses are good.  Vehicle is 2000 diesel model.  No prior history in this area. Any suggested repair or trouble shooting process?

These are all accessories that run off of your ignition switch (turn on/off with key).  Check to see if you've got power at the x relay, whick contols this circuit. You may also want to check for power coming out of you ignition switch.
