Answer
How long ago was the rebuild and did it leak since you got it back?  They the ones who rebuilt it should take care of it because it is part of their job...that is you got a rebuilt head - you shouldn't have to worry about it now - whoever rebuilt the engine, correct installation of the head is their concern.  The fact is your injectors are leaking - shouldn't be- by their work contract - same goes for the oil leak - that shows that the head was not torqued down correctly...again the mechanics fault.

What can you do.  Attack it this way first.

Secondly, do not over tighten the injectors or the problem will be worse as you will distort the threads for all injectors.  I would try TEFLON tape on the threads or a heat resistant equal.  As far as I am concerned it shouldn't be my concern..it should be the machine shop who rebuilt the head to put the injectors in correctly.

The oil leak--gotta replace the head gasket and do a proper torque down.  Same applies to coolant leaks.
