Volvo Repair: ETM problems, volvo dealer, vin numbers

Is my car covered under a warrenty by Volvo of North America for this "LIMP MODE" symptom. I understand that it covers this pecularity for 10 years or 200,000 miles. How can I be sure that the dealer will honor this coverage. Will Volvo of NOrth America assist me in this request? My extended warrenty expires tomorrow, Dec 17, 2010.I have a a 2005 S80 that turned over this morning but kept cutting off and read' low performance, check engine.

no all etm are covered under warranty   first when you go to volvo dealer if warranty etm  they will do it for free , but if the etm needs cleaning you will have to pay for that , also if you need software upgrade some software upgrades will be covered some you have to pay all goes by vin numbers when you go to Volvo dealer  low performance can be anything not just etm  until you scan it you don't know
