Volvo Repair: volvo ets, volvo v70, model cars

hi i have a volvo v70 1998 petrol model 2300, my question is volvo had a recall on the throttle body on this model, 10 year old or 2000 miles my volvo has 189 thousand on clock. should volvo replace it for free. i have phoned volvo and there chargeing me 79 pounds plus vat just to put it on a dinostic

warranty is not for europe  only for usa  is 10 years 200000 miles on etm warranty.

also you have etm problem on 1998  so far i know etm here in usa are from 1999 model cars ,  you have to run diagnsotic to know for sure if bad throttle  sometimes you will just need cleaing and new software . for more info you can get more info how to do your self  follow the link to me  on my listing
